A friendly visit was made by the Syafa'atut Thulab Islamic Boarding School in Ogan Ilir to the Ar Rahman Islamic Boarding School in Palembang on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. The event carried the theme "One Step, a Million Dreams, Weaving Harmony, Building Synergy: Indonesia's Golden Generation."
The group of dozens of people consisted of the Principal of the Syafa'atut Thulab Islamic Boarding School, KH. Muhammad Qusyairi Abror, S.If., S.Pd., and Mrs. Nyai Siti Marfu'ah, S.Pd., as well as several administrators, Ustadz Ustadzah (Islamic teachers), and student representatives. The group's arrival was greeted with a Hadroh Ar Rahman recitation and a performance of the Ar Rahman Sufi Dance in the Ar Rahman Dhikr Assembly Hall.
The Principal of the Ar Rahman Islamic Boarding School, K. Mohamad Muhsan, S.Ag., M.Pd.I., welcomed the group in his welcoming remarks. "Ahlan wa sahlan at Ar Rahman Islamic Boarding School. Hopefully, this visit will foster Islamic brotherhood and brotherhood between Ar Rahman Islamic Boarding School and Syafa'atut Thulab Islamic Boarding School".
On this occasion, Abah Yai Qusyairi Abror advised all the students present that there are six requirements for seeking knowledge mentioned in a poem contained in the book Ta'limul Muta'alim. These six requirements are: 1.) Dzukain, meaning intelligence, 2.) Hirsin, meaning enthusiasm, 3.) Ishtibarin, meaning patience, 4.) Bulghotin, meaning the need for funds, 5.) Irsyadi Ustadzin, meaning the need for teacher guidance, and 6.) Thulu Zaman, meaning the need for time or a long process. Without these six requirements, knowledge cannot be attained.

From the moment we arrived, a group from Syafa'atut Thulab Islamic Boarding School were warmly and warmly welcomed. The event concluded with a prayer led by Abah Yai Qusyairi Abror, followed by a comparative study tour of several locations and facilities at Ar Rahman Islamic Boarding School.
